Who we are

What we collect

• Contact form: name, work email, company, how you work, product interest, and your message.
• Free valuation demo: the property details you enter, the result, an optional rating and comment on that result, and, if you choose, an email address so we can follow up on your feedback. We store a hashed IP address and a random browser id, not your name.
• Account, if you sign up: name, email, company, job title, and how you work, held by our sign-in provider (Clerk) and in our database.
• Cookies: a signed cookie that counts free demo runs, and the sign-in session cookie when you have an account.
• Page views through Vercel Analytics, which does not use advertising cookies.

Why

To answer your enquiry, to run the valuation you asked for, to limit abuse of the free demo, to understand which products people use, and to operate the site. We do not sell personal information.

How long

Contact requests are kept until we close them. Valuation demo logs are kept for 24 months. You can ask us to delete your contact request or account data.

Who we share it with

Clerk (sign-in), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Microsoft Azure (database and the valuation model), and our email provider for notifications we send you or our team. These providers process data for us.

Your choices

If you are a California resident you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to sell it. We do not sell it. Email info@financialyst.ai.
